Terms of Service

Last updated: 17 June 2026

By using RepWave you agree to these terms. Please read them.

The service

RepWave collects publicly available information about people and brands you choose to monitor and presents AI-generated sentiment and reputation analysis. It is an informational tool.

Intended use & eligibility

RepWave is designed to analyse the public reputation of public figures, brands and organisations — people and entities already the subject of public discussion. It is not intended for monitoring private individuals, and you must not use it to surveil, profile, stalk or target any private person. By adding a subject, you confirm it is a public figure or brand, or that you are otherwise lawfully authorised to monitor it. You are solely responsible for the subjects you add.

Accuracy

Insights are generated automatically and may be incomplete or wrong. RepWave is provided "as is" without warranties. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for important decisions, and verify anything significant independently.

Acceptable use

Use RepWave lawfully. Do not use it to harass, defame, or harm anyone, to attempt to re-identify private individuals, or in any way that violates the terms of the underlying data sources. You are responsible for how you use the insights.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account. Sign-in is handled via Google.

Plans & billing

The Free plan includes one monitored subject with a daily scan. Paid plans unlock more subjects and faster scans. Paid features are billed through Razorpay. Pricing and plan limits may change with notice.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepWave is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using RepWave and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
